The Old Rectory

Stage 1

We had previously worked in this listed building so were familiar with the building and clients taste. The clients were looking to have their main ensuite and second ensuite replaced. We surveyed the rooms and gathered all the information, so we were able to provide them with a 3D design. The client had found a style they likes so we were able to incorporate this to create the final designs.

Stage 2

The first fix stage involved removing all existing bathrooms and floors as were installing underfloor heating in both rooms.

The client wanted a walk-in shower, so we created two stud walls with a large opening in the middle, a shower seat was also built in.

1st fix plumbing & electrics were installed along with all valves inset in to the newly plastered walls.

Stage 3

This stage involved all tiling, this was on both floors and all walls, 2nd fixing of the plumbing and electrics and installation of the sanitary ware, bath tubs and bespoke shower glass door panel.

Stage 4

At the finishing stage, all paperwork was completed. The whole site was then cleared, and a cleaning company employed to finish off to a high, professional standard.

Stage 5

The job took 6 weeks to complete both rooms. On completion of the job, all necessary warranties came into play and the RCM team were on hand for any queries or issues.
